This boat has wide side decks for easy and safe access to deploy fenders or kayaks, check sails, launch the dinghy or simply enjoy the bow while underway or at anchor. The bow locker, with access to the bow thruster equipment, has a tremendous amount of storage for a stern line, crab pot, extra lines and fenders.
It is easy to imagine the very spacious cockpit filled with family and friends; the folding teak table is able to accommodate a minimum of six people.
You enter the main cabin via the center companionway stairs. Beneath the cockpit on both sides are two cabins with queen berths, large hanging lockers and storage. Just forward of the port cabin is a head compartment; the shower is incorporated with the sink, which also has a soap dispenser and small vanity; the holding tank is easy to access if needed just behind the toilet. Forward of the starboard cabin is the navigation station. The engine compartment is center line with three hatches for easy access to the Yanmar engine, filters and wiring.
The teak interior throughout is in beautiful condition; I could not find a scratch! Sylvia Bolton, interior yacht designer, created the custom interior; coordinating all of the curtains, table linens, leather upholstery, window coverings, pillows, bed linens, the custom wool carpets and she procured the artwork.
The leather upholstered settees show minimal wear and are very comfortable. The large folding table has storage drawers; it is easy to see kids doing art projects and friends enjoying a gourmet meal.
The linear galley is equipped with a Frigoboat freezer and refrigerator and an Eno four (4) burner propane stove and oven. The large side-by-side stainless steel sink includes a manual raw water pump and a hand-soap dispenser. Storage above and below the counters include kitchen utensils, sharp knives and cooking ware. A full place setting for eight (8) of Jeanneau dishware and flatware is included along with elegant plastic drinkware for eight.
Forward is a private stateroom with a queen island berth, easy access on both sides, and reading lights. Storage and hanging lockers on both sides and a vanity complement the space. An ensuite head has a separate shower and a soap dispenser at the sink.
This boat is elegant and functional!

One Owner; Meticulous logbooks!
Jeanneau Sun Odyssey’s are known as agile, fast, easy-to-sail boats which perform well in various sea and wind conditions. This boat is set up so the sheets and winches (power and manual) are easy to access which allows the current owner to single-hand her, if needed or out for a sail on his own. The dodger and bimini as well as all the sunbrella coverings for the cockpit table, winches, and leather-covered steering were custom designed, September 2022. The dodger windows are Makrolon and crystal clear. The owner logs date back to 2004. Lists include maintenance and fuel logs; all equipment with model numbers, suggested fluids and filter sizes.
The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45.2 model was built between 1997 to 2003. This specific model is the last production of the full teak interior. She is a one-owner boat and she has been meticulously maintained overall. The interior furnishings were custom designed by interior yacht designer Sylvia Bolton. She coordinated all of the linens, window coverings, pillows, leather upholstery, wool carpeting and the artwork.
