You may board the boat two ways: forward to either the port or starboard side decks and into the pilothouse area via a New Wave boarding ladder or aft with the custom steel stairway on the extended swim platform. The aft stairway leads to the aft deck – a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening refreshment.
The main salon is full beam width with two areas to enjoy: the aft area has an L-shaped settee and stressless chair with ottoman. The entertainment center is starboard with a TV and Sonos sound bar and stereo. Forward is a freestanding table for six with two comfortable wing-back chairs to starboard, near the wet bar.
The galley was beautifully remodeled prior to the current owner’s; tasteful granite counters, full size Sub Zero refrigerator with freezer drawers, Meile oven and Gaggenau radiant stove. The dishwasher and large sink face the port windows. A large counter with drawers and a Panasonic Microwave face aft with a breakfast bar or buffet on the opposite side facing the galley.
A day head is opposite the galley. It is tastefully decorated with custom wallpaper and a Raritan freshwater electric toilet. Forward of the day head is a large walk-in pantry.
Forward of the galley and separated by a privacy door is the pilothouse area with full helm controls, electronics, bow and stern thruster controls, stabilizers controls, etc. The bench seat is upholstered with ostrich and seems very comfortable.
The crew quarters and engine room are forward down a stairway. The shared crew head is furthest forward. Two crew bunks are starboard, the captain’s quarters are port. The stacking Bosch washer and dryer are in the common area which may also be an office area. A counter space with wine and beverage coolers below are starboard. Access to the stand-up engine room is aft.
The main stateroom and guest suites are found via a companionway from the salon. The main stateroom is aft. Double doors open to a full width stateroom; king pedestal bed with nightstands, settees and storage on both sides. A large walk-in closet has a safe and an emergency oxygen tank and plenty of room for hanging items. The main head is port with a Raritan freshwater electric flush toilet, sink, tub and shower.
The matching guest suites are designed with custom coordinated fabrics and wallpaper. They have large single beds, hanging lockers and drawers, and ensuite heads with a separate shower, sink and Raritan freshwater flushing toilet.
The flybridge is fully enclosed and was upgraded 2021: three Strataglass windows in front with eisenglass on the sides. A Phifertex enclosure surrounds the seating area. The upholstery for the u-shaped flybridge settee, front bow settee and the aft deck were completed together in 2021. The bar/buffet area has a granite counter top, electric Blaze barbeque, and an under counter refrigerator.
The helm is fully equipped with electronics and side-by-side Pompanette helm chairs.

Broker's Comments
Hatteras Motor Yachts are reputable long-range cruisers. This model Hatteras 72 Motor Yacht has cruised from the East Coast to the British Virgin Islands, and up and down the West Coast from Alaska, to many areas of Mexico and returned to the Pacific Northwest. She has previously been a charter vessel and currently owned in an LLC by a couple who have enjoyed living aboard, updating and caring for her.
The Detroit V12-71TI’s, generators, heating system, stabilizers, batteries and all mechanical systems are date marked with service dates. The engine room has good workable space, easy access to storage spaces and bilge areas. There are extensive records of engine and hull maintenance, navigation equipment and interior upgrades from 2021-2024. Original schematics, manuals and many paper charts are also on board.
The crew quarters forward provide a private space for a captain and two crew mates or a great spot for kids and teenagers. The ensuite main stateroom and guest suites are very accommodating and comfortable for six people. Large windows throughout the salon, galley and forward helm provide an abundance of light; whether enjoying the easy chair or a wonderful meal, you will be able to see the beautiful views wherever your adventures take you.
