Flybridge central helm protected by a fully closing cockpit cover. 6 steps turning stair case to access the saloon.
From the aft to forward:
Master cabin with central double berth (140x190). On the port side shower and wash basin opposite heads with manual toilet and also a washing machine dryer installed.
2 steps into a confortable and cosy saloon with huge windows. The sofa in the saloon can be used as an occasional single berth and 2 small tables on starboard side; opposite is the tv corner, with small drawer fridge underneath (for cans or small bottles).
2 more steps down to the galley area, on port side a huge worktop with storage underneath and the main fridge and opposite the cooking area, with second work top, 4 gas burner cooker, stainless steel sink and more storage.
Forward the second cabin with 2 V berths (0.85x1.90m)
Headroom is 2m in all the interior.

Dutch steel motor cruiser for sale in France.
Boatshed Paris is happy to offer this VAN DER VALK 1350 AK for sale.
This 13.5m long boat is currently moored in the north of Burgundy. Huge, uncluttered foredeck for easy rope work or sunbathing. Conveniently wide side decks for ease of moving around and a well-protected helm with good sized aft deck for convivial cruising.
Our vendor is a retired Navy engineer and seems to be putting his skills to good use. Antifouling and 10 new anodes fitted June 2023 and she looks well maintained inside too. Just take a look at the spotless bilges!
The saloon is bright and airy with deep windows for light and ventilation and 2 meters of headroom throughout the boat. A feeling of spacious comfort throughout and only for sale because our vendor has already bought a bigger boat.
The present mooring may be transferred to a new owner subject to mooring manager's approval and the cost is just 580€ per year with water and electricity included!
