This is a lovely example of a 60 x 10 two bedroom Collingwood that could possibly come with the mooring if needed and subject to separate negotiation with the marina.
The present owners are the third owners and they had a hull survey done in August 2023 when they bought the boat and the boat was blacked at the same time. Please contact me if you would like to see the survey.
As you enter the companionway at the stern you come down into a small corridor with wall units along your left hand side. On your right is the door into the single cabin with enough room for a single bed plus there is also some storage. The cabin did originally have a fitted bed which has been removed at some point.
Next you arrive in the large open plan galley/saloon area. The galley is well appointed with nice modern units with plenty of storage and worktop space. There is a duck hatch here also. There is an under counter fridge and separate freezer, washing machine, 4 burner hop with built in oven and grill, microwave oven, toaster and stainless steel sink with drainer.
There are plenty of double sockets through the boat some of which also have USB's. In the saloon are there is a double settee, multi fuel stove, a large storage unit with drawers, and a mixture of blinds and curtains.
Next is the large shower room with a good size modern shower, electric pump out toilet, various built-in storage cupboards, radiator and a vanity unit with a smart wash basin.
Finally you arrive in the main double bedroom with plenty of fitted drawers and wardrobe space, storage under the bed, small wall mounted TV and access out into the cratch area with a small table and two chairs.
The BSC runs until 08/04/2026 and the engine has just been serviced.
