Comentario del broker
This looks to be a well looked after Les Allen boat that the present owners have been living on for the last 30 years on the same mooring. The hull has been blacked every 2 years with bitumen but 2 years ago they had the bottom overplated with 5mm steel and then the hull was blasted and 2 pac blacked for extra protection. The welder said that the sides did not need doing. The boat was also re-painted at the same time.
As you walk in at the stern you have the electrics, batteries and the Ford 4D 50hp engine that has always been professionally serviced and runs very nicely.
Then you come into the double bedroom with plenty of storage cupboards, a double wardrobe and a single wardrobe as well as under bed storage. There is a small op up table on the wall.
Next is the walk through shower room with shower, port potti toilet and wash basin. The doors pull out as privacy doors.
The galley is a good size and again has plenty of storage space. There is a gas water heater, full size gas hob, oven and grill, microwave and galley sink.
The saloon area has a leather bed settee, aerial point for TV and a good size solid fuel stove that has a small oven for baking and hob for cooking ontop of. BSC runs until mid 2023.
