Broker's Comments
This is a lovely example of a well looked after boat that has benefitted from a complete re-paint and blacking in 2022. The boat was stripped back to bare metal and has 10 coats of paint including primer and 5 coats of blacking under the waterline.
As you walk in through the cratch area you arrive in the main saloon with a large sofa, multi-fuel burner, TV, radiator and built in storage shelving. Then there is the retro style Dinette with removable seating and table if so required, or did not suit a new owners' taste.
The galley is a good size with a full size cooker, though the owners have got used to using an air fryer these days. There is a fridge with under the worktops and decent storage also.
The shower room has a full size shower, a Thetford cassette toilet, heated towel rail and a vanity unit with built in wash basin.
Next is the double bedroom with a good size double bed, radiator, built in cupboards, under bed storage and the access out into the cockpit area.
Please Note: The companionway doors have been repainted (06/09/23) plus the nav lights and horn are also being re-fitted.
