Entering from the cruiser stern deck into a seating area which is nicely finished. Seating converts to a double bed and a dining table can be place in the centre on Desmo poles.
A well fitted galley kitchen with a good Vanette stove, sink and plenty of storage.
Through to an extra cabin which could be used as a second bedroom, study or living area. Large solid fuel stove
Bathroom with new shower, basin and toilet. On wall needs finishing.

Cabin heating is from the solid fuel stove or the Eberspacher diesel boiler, which heats the radiators. This also provides hot water.
The fit out is only part completed, but the boat appears in liveable condition. The front cabin has beenspray foam insulated and relined and a double bed with storage fitted.

This boat has enormous potential, although it still requires some work. As a live-aboard it would be possible move on immediately and complete the refit over time.
The extra cabin is a very useful space which could be used in a variety of ways.
