Broker's Comments

This boat was built by Tyler Narrowboats was professionally fitted out by Kingsground Boats in 1998. She has been well maintained and features an unusual ARS Hydraulic Bowthruster which unlike electric thrusters, allows unlimited use. She is moored on the Lancaster canal and a mooring, but not necessarily this one, could be available subject to separate negotiation with the marina.

As you come down through the rear companionway into the main double cabin you have plenty of wardrobe/storage and there is also good size storage under the bed. The holding tank is also under the bed. Next you come to the bathroom with electric heads, radiator, vanity unit with basin and a half bath with overhead shower and shower enclosure.
Just past the bathroom is a built in airing cupboard that has a finned radiator in the bottom and the bi folding door opens out to form a privacy door.

Next is the well appointed galley with full size cooker, 12volt fridge with small freezer, double sink and again plenty of kitchen storage with the added benefit of the full height pull out storage rack.

The spacious saloon has built in storage units, a double settee that folds out into double bed, TV point, aerial, access through to the catch area and also the Old Dutch Diesel Stove that also runs the 4 radiators throughout the boat. There is also a Webasto warm air system which is very effective and fairly instant heat.

The owner had a hull survey done in Dec 17' when he bought the boat and she was last blacked in Jan 18'. The BSC runs until Nov 21'.
