Broker's Comments
The Leisure 23 Sl was introduced two years after the popular Leisure 23. The Leisure 23SL has an identical hull and rig to the Leisure 23, but has a different deck moulding featuring a wedge shaped coach roof and higher side decks. which increased the headroom by an inch in the cabin.
Spacious inside for a boat of this size and with a good sized cockpit she would be ideal for either families or single handed use. The bilge keel provides a boat capable of navigating both inland and coastal waters and the boat has a safe and comfortable feel, with the spacious cockpit, making it ideal for families.
This boat in recent years, has had a lot of financial investment and upgrades in fully restoring, upgrading and adjusting this boat to be sailed short handed. Receipts and invoices of all works which have been completed, are available.
When I visited this boat I was struck by its light and spacious feel, due to the number of windows and the open space below, which also provides comfortable accommodation. With a dinette, equipped galley, separate forecabin with seatoilet and a hardly used engine, this boat is ready to go.
