Broker's Comments

This 20ft Hardy Pilot SE boasts a recently serviced 105hp diesel engine (only 433 hours) with an SX-RTI drive leg, a new top of the range cockpit cover and a professionally remodelled wheelhouse interior to improve the galley, accommodating a drawer fridge and extra storage.

The galley has a new stainless steel sink and new hob unit plus hot and cold water system featuring a 40L tank and a 6L 12v hot water tank.

There is an 80ah start battery and two 110ah leisure batteries, all recently installed. The Victron Blue Smart IP22 charger 12/30 has three outlets.

The gas system has been renewed with 8mm copper pipework and hoses to meet current regulations.

The current owners removed the sea toilet but retained the sea cocks so the next owners can replace it or install a chemical or composting one.

New upholstery and faux teak vinyl flooring throughout makes for a lovely interior.

Other improvements over the original spec include two access hatches for the fuel tank and a recently installed bow thruster.

Navigation equipment comprises a VHF DSC radio, a new Raymarine Dragonfly plotter and an autohelm tri-data log and depth sounder.

A Contactum consumer unit controls shore power to two double mains sockets.

Having got the boat to their preferred standards unexpected health issues mean this lovely craft needs new owners to enjoy all the boating adventures it was prepared for.
