Broker's Comments

A truly interesting opportunity to own this 55ft ketch.

The vessel was built over nine years by the students and staff at Bolton School, along with help from parents, volunteers, and the local community, as a way of marking the new Millennium. She was completed in May 2007 and was operated by Bolton School until 2014 after which she was operated by a sail training charity where she continued to provide an excellent environment for sail training and youth development. At the end of 2024, she was retired from her current youth training programme having completed a total of 127 voyages. Her Cat 2 coding expired Jan 2025.
There are a number of possible future uses for her from live-aboard with her amazing aft cabin space or maybe long passage making.
