An opportunity to purchase a large boat at a good price. This big barge, built in 1925, needs some renovation internally and repainting on the outside.

Currently moored in a picturesque location in Wraysbury, the vessel can stay where it is. However, there is no regular access to the island via land, so long-term, access has to be via tender. This is reflected in the price, and it may be that the new owner wishes to move the boat to a more accessible mooring.

Currently set up with two cabins, there is space for a third at the stern which has already been insulated but needs finishing. The saloon and open plan galley is a very good size. The boat could be lived in while work continues around you and is perfectly habitable at the moment with multi-fuel stove for heating and shore power connection.

The mooring site has a pump-out, electricity and water connections and current mooring fees are £5,200 per annum.
