Boatshed Kent are delighted to offer this attractive 21m Dutch Barge for sale with optional mooring at Port Medway Marina, Rochester.

Originally built in 1910 and offered with a hull survey from 2018, this barge offers the next owner the flexibility to keep things as they are as a comfortable two cabin, liveaboard barge or alternatively, invest in creating a wheelhouse and putting your own stamp on the barge. The hull is in good condition and this would make it a good option for someone looking for a well-priced base for their project.

The current layout incorporates two cabins, one in the separate aft cabin section and one in the bow. There is a large open plan galley and living area and the boat is equipped with air conditioning. There is a large roof terrace/deck on the coachroof.

The barge is currently laid up ashore so can be surveyed easily by any prospective purchasers.
