Broker's Comments
This is a lovely looking yacht that offers really great sailing, along with great accommodation below
She was unused for a long time prior to her current owner, who has used her occasionally (though not at sea) and kept her clean and made a few minor improvements.
Her engine was winterised in February 2022.
There are areas that could still do with improvement, but in general, she seems in pretty good shape to me.
Someone has really invested in a few items, such as a Hydrovane auto pilot, a big flat screen TV, a nice Raytheon radar and an almost unused replacement engine, so her new owner will really reap the rewards for these, along with a chance to add their own equipment, where desired.
Please note that some alterations have taken place since her photography, chiefly paint in the forward cabin and some upholstery in the saloon.
