Broker's Comments

Boatshed Cornwall have pleasure in presenting this lovely Moody 27 sailing yacht for sale. Designed by Bill Dixon and manufactured by Marine Projects and Moody Yachts UK, this sub 28 foot yacht has lots of character.

On arrival at the swinging mooring it appeared to be a well looked after yacht sparkling in the sunlight. Once onboard it continued to indicate that much had been done to keep this yacht in fine fettle. Some recent upgrades/maintenance include:

Gas Safe certification (2024)
Renewed batteries (2023)
Guardrails (2023)
Refurbished interior woodwork (2021)
Renewed headsail furling (2019)

There is much more to add.

Not included in the sale, yet available for separate negotiation is a dingy, inflator, outboard motor and a winter storage cradle. The dingy is approximately 10 years old and the outboard is only 4 years old and reportedly only done 2.5 hours.

This Moody 27 is a great example of the Moody range and is well presented. It is a reluctant sale so a viewing is highly recommended to appreciate this lovely sailing yacht.
