Broker's Comments
Comments from the owner:
A very nice well-maintained example of the popular Sadler32 in good condition.
Over the nine years of ownership, I have undertaken a rolling program of
updating, maintenance and improvement. This includes:-
Antifouled June 2023
All standing and running rigging (including genoa furling gear) replaced 2016
A complete new set of NASA Clipper instruments fitted 2016
All cabin windows removed and re-sealed 2016
New Beta25 engine, gearbox, propshaft, prop and all stern gear installed 2016 and
commissioned Feb 2017. Approx 100hours engine usage since then.
Replacement boom fitted 2017 and mainsail converted to slab-reefing.
New mainsail cover fitted 2017
Replacement main cockpit winches fitted 2017
New sprayhood fitted 2018.
New main hatch fitted 2018
New Cobra VHF radio fitted 2019
New engine battery fitted 2019
New tiller cover fitted 2019
New cabin table fitted 2019. (There is a separate folding table for the cockpit)
All skin fittings checked annually and a new engine intake unit fitted 2023
New genoa furler swivel fitted 2024.
The boat has been lightly used during my ownership but she has been constantly maintained
(including all varnish work) and she is in good condition. All sails are in good condition and were serviced and laundered in 2021. The engine has been regularly serviced either professionally or by the owner. The oil was changed and a new impeller and belt were fitted 2024.
All the Teak strips required to replace the cockpit wood is available and will be included in the sale.
Also available by separate negotiation is a Tinker Traveller dinghy with all sailing gear and a 3.3hp Mariner outboard engine.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
