This model can be called a planing hull but is generally referred to a semi-displacement hull. The boats can run fast, up to 15 knots. Or run it as a trawler at 8 knots for more cruising range or a lower fuel cost.
This hull design is well known. The propellers are set into hull tunnels to improve thrust and control. The hull is hand laid up of solid fiberglass. The decks and cabins are cored.

Waterline Boats / Boatshed does not independently verify capacities and measures, which are reported from seller-provided information and/or literature.
Fuel tanks are Coastline 99 gal aluminum with Racor R26T fuel filters.

Bayliner's 32 series has always been a very popular family cruising boat. With sleeping space for six including the convertible dinette it is comfortable for two couples and kids.
Access to the engines is great. Two large deck hatches make engine and battery service easy. The flybridge has seating easily for six adults. The top of the hardtop cover for the cockpit supplies additional seating.
This model, with twin 140 Hp diesel engines, gives you a good cruising range. Over all this boat works for family cruising and long range exploring. Another strong point is that current moorage on Lake Union is transferable.
