Broker's Comments

Boatshed Southampton are pleased to bring to market this Moody 27.

This particular Moody 27 is a good, clean example of her class and looks very smart and well cared for by her present owner. The present owner is in the marine industry and has recently completed a comprehensive refit.

Moody boats are renowned for their solidity and seaworthiness and are a very popular family boat with plenty of space below. This one has the added benefit of cabin heating and a solar panel. With her in mast furling she is a boat that is easy to handle yet capable in stronger conditions.

She has a double berth forward with 2 settee berths in the main saloon. There is plenty of room around the saloon. The galley is to starboard with the heads opposite.

If you are looking for a robust little yacht to enjoy with your family then this example should be on your list and is well worth considering.
