Comentario del broker
A great family broads cruiser or ideal liveaboard with raised level cockpit for all round visibility and winch operated sliding roof. To the stern is a large saloon with TV/DVD/Stereo which can be also converted to an additional double. Coming off the saloon is the first heads to starboard and the galley to port, with grill, oven, 4 burner hob and waeco fridge. Up in the cockpit there is additional seating which can convert to another double if required. Going forward is a second heads to port, a small double/large single berth to starboard and then a further double cabin with 'V' berth in the bow. This boat also benefits from a low airdraft of 6'10" and warm air heating throughout.
The boat also benefits from 240v shore power, 2X inverters (one 300w supplying TV only and one 2000w for on board sockets) powered by 5x AGM 120amp batteries. The present owner has had the saloon and wheelhouse cushions reupholstered in December 2020 and the engine has been fully serviced December 2020 at which time the water pump impeller was replaced, fuel pipes to the engine replaced and a new drive plate fitted.
Broads river tax paid until April 2021 and BSS has just been carried out - expiry date is 25/01/2025.
There is a boatyard condition report carried out in June 2020 available for insurance purposes.
