Purpose built for this residential mooring the narrowboat was fitted without an engine, although the option remains for one to be insltalled.

Set in a quiet location at the end of a line of moorings and close to a Country Park she is in an ideal position to enjoy the bext of both worlds with the comforts and convenience of a static home while enjoying life afloat. Mains water, and electricity are connected with holding tank pump-out available at the mooring. The marina has all the usual facilities including adequate parking.
