This 2000 Tiara 3500 Open is excellent for entertaining, fabulous for fishing and crazy fun for cruising! The outstanding design, luxurious accommodations, low engine hours, show room condition and amazing price make this boat the perfect buy!
This idea was launched on us with no time to spare. Always up for a challenge I thought it could be great fun to spend 24 hours with a group of girls (who I don't really know very well) and gets me out of the office!
Just 48 hours until 8 girls step into a liferaft for 24 hours, all for Sail4Cancer Charity. They have already collected over two and a half thousand pounds for the charity and are looking to collect a few more pennies on the day.
Marine Industry ladies spend 24 hours in a liferaft
We at Boatshed Cowes.com are pleased to announce our support for the classic boat museum at East Cowes & thank them for their hospitality on their opening day.
One of my favourite books is Ramlin Rose, the Boatwoman’s Story, by Sheila Stewart. In the early 1990’s the author interviewed whatever boatwomen she could find in the Banbury area; women who were born and bred on horse-drawn boats. She then compiled these real life experiences into the life story of a fictional character ‘Rose Ramlin’.
Boatshed Dartmouth are delighted to offer for sale a Halmatic 30. First launched in 1979 the Halmatic 30 shares the same timeless seagoing qualities of the Nicholson 31. She is a heavy displacement cruiser with a high ballast ratio. In total over 200 were built. This Halmatic 30 has been in the same ownership since new. Unusually therefore I have on file much of the original documentation. She is now in need of a new owner to breath new life into her but once she has been updated she should be good for many years to come. Appointments to view can be booked in advance 6-days a week directly with Paul Singer your Boatshed Dartmouth broker.

At Waterline Boats / Boatshed Seattle we watch internet traffic as a key indicator, and have highly sophisticated tools to assess traffic. One of our most frequently viewed vessels is this lovely 46 foot wooden ketch built in 1986 in Oswego, Oregon. She was displayed in August at the Vancouver Wooden Boat Festival and the Port Townsend Wooden Boat Festival where she was a definite attention-getter.
Should a vessel sink or catch fire you could face the reality of having to get into a life-raft. Liferafts are often the last resort for survival in such circumstances. Liferafts are small, cramped and conditions inside are cold, wet and uncomfortable.
An Englishman’s home is his… castle?
This week we are featuring three boats for sale that have been dropped down in price. For each of these featured boats we have a full slideshow of images so you don’t need to rely on a spooky sixth sense to work out if this is the boat for you, before arranging your viewing.
Are you haunted by dreams of owning your own narrowboat, wide-beam or barge? If our website of boats for sale doesn’t leave you spell-bound this Halloween try some of these events around the country to get you in the spirit next week (- the spirit of bad puns maybe?!)
International Yacht Brokers, Boatshed Newport presenting this beautiful 42 foot 2004 Catalina MK II sail boat. She still has that new boat smell due to minimal use combined with extreme care by her one and only owner. She is the only one of her kind on the market in the northeast.
Bavaria, Jeanneau, Sealine or Bayliner for sale, we love all kinds of boats here at Boatshed; but who are we? Here’s a brief introduction to some of the people behind Boatshed Essex.
The nights are drawing in and most of the caravan parks in North Wales will soon be bringing up the drawbridge and closing for another season....but there’s no reason why you can’t still come to the beautiful Llyn Peninsula and enjoy the freedom and fresh air you associate with a weekend away, and spending time on the water.
Here at Boatshed Thames we have realised we need a new team member, so I would like to introduce our new Client Service Director – Archie Ray.
If you are in the market for a very comfortable live-aboard vessel which has berths for eight people, two saloons, a spacious galley, two shower rooms, large deck space and a powerful Gardner engine to take you cruising then this has to be considered. At an asking price of £42000 she represents very good value.
